The hotel was a great place for enjoying a very very nice area, not far from with excellent swimming, and the pier or town centre. I had excellent food for breakfast with tea or coffee. The location was particularly good as for me.

Loved this family-friendly hotel and its wonderful ambience from the moment I entered. The breakfast was adequate and good as expected with tea or coffee and yoghurt, as example. Had central heating, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card in my guest room. All the staff was attentive and efficient, solved my issues. The property's location was incredible, very close to numerous cafes and the ocean.

Really enjoyed our 2 nights here. The view of the ocean was great and our room was charming little and beautifully designed. The breakfast was adequate and satisfactory and included. We thoroughly enjoyed the feel of this family-friendly hotel, very quiet. Excellent service, even though a few employees were not so helpful. The location of the venue was central, right by one great restaurant, and with excellent swimming. Also, the accommodation was only 1 km from Eastbourne Lifeboat Museum.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty, and the bed was small.

The hotel was pleasant and reasonably priced, I liked it, especially the sea view. The location was magnificent, short walk to the beach and close to array of resturants and shops and the seafront with excellent sea views from the front and close to a theatre and a museum. Included an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk, and the bed was comfy. Magnificent and unbeatable location a super close walk to Eastbourne Centre, thoroughly enjoyed it. It was also very close to the centre of town, wonderful country views over the South Downs from the rear and public areas.
